Fantastic new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join this iconic creative media business.
The TA Manager will be joining a small and collaborative People function, line managing an in-house Recruiter, working closely with your team and key stakeholders to define and implement a resourcing strategy across the business (from creative, editorial and marketing positions to business support functions such as finance etc). There is a huge focus on DE&I throughout everything they do so they are looking for someone with strong experience and passion in this space.
This role requires a truly consultative style as well as working on a number of exciting, value add projects around employer branding and culture.
Who is the ideal candidate?
- You'll have worked both operationally and more strategically, having input or managing project work.
- Proactive and forward thinking as well as being open to exploring new and creative ways to source candidates
- You'll have strong communication and relationship building skills within creative industries and be able to effectively influence key stakeholders
- Recruitment knowledge within creative media agency
- You will have extensive stakeholder management experience, as well as wider project work around employer brand etc.
