A leading creative business is looking for a new HR Manager to join their team on a 12m FTC to start as soon as possible.
This is a global company going through a period of growth, where you'll be responsible for the day to day management of the HR function, reporting into a HR Director, and developing a small team of junior HR and Talent professionals. It's very hands on, covering everything from policy and process management, supporting on benefits and reward to leading on ER, change and talent management. The role will suit someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is not afraid to get stuck in wherever needed!
The ideal candidate will thrive in buzzy, fast paced environments and have demonstrated experience working in an SME business. You're approach will be agile, with a real passion for delivering People focused initiatives that suit a busy and passionate team.
They operate a hybrid model, usually going into the office 3 days.
