We're looking for a Tech Recruiter to join a well-known media organisation based in Central London. Working as part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team with an international remit, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on how the business attracts and hires top tech talent. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end tech and IT recruitment, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers across a variety of teams. It's a hands-on 360 position where you'll deliver on a broad range of technical hires, while also having the opportunity to get involved in projects such as candidate experience, onboarding, and DEI initiatives. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys business partnering, working at pace, and taking a proactive, creative approach to sourcing and engaging top talent. You'll be confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief through to offer and onboarding, using a mix of direct sourcing channels including LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, and social media. You'll also be comfortable building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, partnering closely with stakeholders, and providing market insight to support hiring decisions. We're looking for someone with proven in-house tech recruitment experience, strong direct sourcing capability, and the confidence to influence and build trust at all levels. You'll be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines, with a genuine passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to keep learning will be key to success in this role. A leading arts organisation is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join on a maternity cover contract ASAP. Collaborating closely with both the Finance and People teams, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll. You'll ensure everything is compliant and accurate whilst acting as a trusted partner and advisor on all things payroll. We're partnering with a fast-moving, commercially driven media organisation on a newly created opportunity for a motivated recruiter looking to broaden their experience within the wider People space. Reporting into an HR Director who is in the early stages of building the HR function, this hire will be their number two and will take full ownership of Recruitment, transforming it from a reactive model into a proactive, business-partnering function. What you'll be doing: Owning and evolving the end-to-end recruitment strategy Partnering closely with leadership, particularly across sales and commercial teams Building talent pipelines, early careers programmes and internship pathways Strengthening employer brand and market positioning Supporting wider HR projects including workforce planning, L&D and DEI This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to broaden their scope beyond traditional TA and gain exposure across the full People agenda.
