Handle are excited to be partnering with this incredible global creative company who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting time to join the business and help them to manage and develop their payroll strategy.
As a Payroll Specialist you'll be responsible for processing and reporting on UK and European payroll, including France, Spain, Italy and Germany in partnership with their Local Service Providers.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Coordination and monitoring of the entire internal payroll processing.
- Manage and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure an accurate, compliant and timely processed payroll.
- Provide financial and FTE-reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
- Responsible for ensuring that policies and contractual frameworks are maintained and continue to meet UK and EMEA legislative requirements
- Responsible for on-going management of the payroll system and provider.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within a fast paced environment and must have experience managing UK and EU payroll.
