Handle are partnering with a renowned comms agency seeking a dedicated strategic HR Partner to be based out of their New York offices. This is an agency with real ambition and a growing workforce whose work is ahead of the curve - and seeking a People Partner with an equally progressive and ambitious approach
This will be a broad and autonomous remit, reporting to the Global People Director who is based in London, and owning the full employee lifecycle for the US population (NY, LA and Miami)
You will be a true generalist, acting as the go-to on all employee relations, performance management and talent workstreams, as well as navigating complex ER issues and being a trusted advisor to leaders. You'll bring prior experience of creating a high level employee experience strategy across similar creative business and help build a seamless people operation including overseeing reward and payroll.
Ideal candidates…
- You'll hold a HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or bring a relevant number of years in a similar role
- Already operating at strategic Business Partner level, and ideally worked within a similar Agency environment
- Will bring experience navigating the complex needs of dynamic teams, working with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Will confident managing issues from complex ER to Talent Management and OD, as well as HR Operations and Payroll
