Part-time Receptionist - Accounting

ASAP Start for 2-4 weeks (Temp)

Monday and Wednedsay

A boutique accounting firm based in Central London are looking for a friendly Receptionist who has great customer service experience and is up for a new exciting challenge!

You will be involved in:

  • Answering all calls in a polite, calm and concise manner

  • Booking couriers and post

  • Inbox management and distributing general emails

  • Receiving a variety of clients, greeting in a friendly manner

  • Diary management consisting of booking boardroom and meeting rooms

  • More admin duties to follow as the role expands

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar reception/administrative role is desirable

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

This is an office-based role with no remote option. Must be able to work Monday and Wednesdays.
