Part-time Receptionist - Accounting
ASAP Start for 2-4 weeks (Temp)
Monday and Wednedsay
A boutique accounting firm based in Central London are looking for a friendly Receptionist who has great customer service experience and is up for a new exciting challenge!
You will be involved in:
Answering all calls in a polite, calm and concise manner
Booking couriers and post
Inbox management and distributing general emails
Receiving a variety of clients, greeting in a friendly manner
Diary management consisting of booking boardroom and meeting rooms
More admin duties to follow as the role expands
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar reception/administrative role is desirable
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
This is an office-based role with no remote option. Must be able to work Monday and Wednesdays.
