We are looking for experienced and adaptable receptionists to provide short-term temporary cover across a range of our client base within media and creative industries. If you have a professional approach and excellent customer service skills, I would love to hear from you.
As the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth visitor experience, manage calls and deliveries, and assist with administrative tasks. Whether covering for a single day or a longer period, your efficiency and professionalism will be essential in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and staff with a welcoming and professional approach
Manage calls and emails, directing enquiries appropriately
Handle post, deliveries, and meeting room bookings
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Provide basic administrative support as required
Act as a first responder in emergencies if necessary
What We Are Looking For
Previous reception or front-of-house experience (experience in media or creative industries is a plus)
First Aid and/or Fire Marshal qualification (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to step into short-term roles at short notice
