An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time receptionist to join a well-established Online Marketplace on a temporary basis. This role is key in maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for all guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains presentable and welcoming.
Greet guests upon arrival and notify hosts promptly.
Register visitors and new joiners in the system.
Answer incoming calls from both reception and the loading bay.
Manage door access passes, including issuing and deactivating cards.
Handle incoming and outgoing post.
Oversee calendar bookings and ensure meeting room usage is well-governed.
Assist with internal company meetings.
Support event coordination as needed.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Key Requirements:
Immediate availability is essential.
Prior experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or retail role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and collaborative team player.
Additional Details:
Location: Fully office-based in London.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional additional hours around events.
