We're looking for a PA to support two senior executives at a leading company in the Film & Entertainment industry. This is a part-time role, based on-site in West London, with no remote working (3 days per week).

We're seeking a team player who's highly organised, proactive, and has a genuine passion for the entertainment world. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to grow their skills as a PA in an exciting, fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management: Schedule and coordinate meetings with both internal teams and external partners, including production and distribution companies.
  • Logistics coordination: Arrange travel, accommodation, and external event meetings.
  • Email and call management: Monitor and respond to queries on behalf of executives in a timely, professional manner.
  • Creative support: Organise viewing schedules and assist with brainstorming sessions.
  • Administration: Process expenses, invoices, and provide ad hoc support across departments when required.

About you:

  • You're immediately available and looking for part-time work specifically.
  • You have strong initiative and emotional intelligence.
  • You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You bring prior experience as a Team or Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced or creative environment.
  • You're tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools to streamline workflows.
