We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join a UK retailer and develop their ever growing book offering.

You must be a well seasoned buyer and be able to demonstrate commercial attributes and work with large scale stores and budgets, and you will be based on site 5 days a week in their central London office.

Daily priorities will include:

Manage and develop publisher and supplier relationships
Liaise closely with finance and revise book budgets
Curate and develop a new experience for customers and book readers across a high volume number of stores in the UK

You will ideally need to:

Have a passion for all things literature
Have extensive Buying experience
Experience buying for multiple locations with large scale budgets
Be an expert on buying trends across multiple categories
Be creative to deliver ideas and make the customers love their book offerings
