A fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful tech client as a Receptionist. This is a temporary position for 4-5 months starting immediately, based in the office 5 days a week, 9AM to 5PM.
This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering a seamless workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors
- Manage workplace services, including food and beverage programs, janitorial services, and mail handling
- Administer security access and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Monitor and respond to workplace support tickets, ensuring efficient issue resolution
- Oversee office supplies, space planning, seating maps, and internal office moves
- Coordinate with property management and vendors for maintenance and issue resolution
- Assist with on site events, including setup and logistics
- Maintain internal documentation and office procedures
- Ensure budget adherence for workplace operations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Reception, Office Management or Facilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and take initiative
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy
- Immediate availability (sadly we can't consider candidates with notice periods for this one)
