Handle are partnering with a leading entertainment business who are looking to engage with an experienced L&D Partner to join their wider team on a permanent or contract basis.
The business already has a strong learning culture and this role will manage and develop the existing offering, delivering and partnering across all levels. Evidence of creative design and delivery is necessary for this dynamic and innovative organisation.
Key focus areas looking to be addressed:
- Creating and delivering of a bespoke L&D initiatives for different client groups
- Designing and develop engaging content and deliver workshops, programmes as well as one to one coaching
- High level stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Third party relationship management with external providers
The ideal candidate will have worked with creative, media environments and love the pace and change you experience in these businesses. You'll have a really progressive, collaborative and creative approach, and be used to getting under the skin of existing culture, promoting and enhancing the existing values and culture.
