In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding, working across multiple vacancies at all levels. You will have some HR administrative duties including reference requests and responding to employee first line enquires. If you're passionate about the candidate experience, this is a role where you can really make an impact, not only throughout recruitment, but the full employee life-cycle!
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, sociable and proactive with a passion for talent and HR. Previous recruitment experience is essential and HR exposure is advantageous. You will be reporting into the Senior HRBP and working as part of a supportive HR team of 6. There is scope for progression in this role and they are keen for a candidate seeking longevity.
