Handle are working with a leading media agency who are looking for a People Partner to join the team ASAP on a 12m FTC basis.

Joining a team of 3, you will act as an advisor to managers in the business; providing support and guidance through people processes and complex employee relations cases, ensuring these are delivered at high and best practice standards.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, sociable, and possess strong communication skills as relationship building is key to this role.
Previous experience as a HR generalist with ER and full employee lifecycle exposure is essential, and confidence with financial reporting is advantageous.
This role will suit someone with strong commercial acumen that can adapt to a successful creative, client facing environment.
