Amazing opportunity for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join a growing global creative business on the 12 month FTC basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and enhance HR operations across multiple regions including EMEA and APAC.
Ideal candidates will come armed with a strong background in a Workday HRIS implementation and configuration in particular Payroll, Core HR an Benefits module, ready to step into something very autonomous and with a high level of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Payroll and related modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday configuration issues while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
Create reports and analytics to support payroll and HR operations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Workday configuration, particularly with Payroll.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
You'll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and navigate the business in order to make the required impact, you'll have a very agile and flexible approach and a can-do attitude!
