Handle are partnering with an iconic music brand looking for a HR Business Partner. It's a 9 month maternity cover starting in September.
You will be responsible for the UK headcount c. 70 employees - a smaller area of this global business mainly focused in the UK with a small amount of EMEA coverage. The main bulk of your day-to-day will be built around relationship building with stakeholders, and managing current projects.
Reporting into the People Director, you will be someone who can confidently step into this role and maintain the current systems they have in place, whilst advising on and challenging senior management thinking.
Their environment is evolving, so our ideal candidate will always be thinking outside of the box to anticipate the needs of their stakeholders and the ripple effect that has across their entire creative process. There is a lot of autonomy in this role, so you will be confident and credible, with strong emotional intelligence and experience working with Creative challenging stakeholders.
Experience within a creative business is key - music, media, creative agency etc.
There is a competitive package - flex hours but 4 days in the office due to a largely on-site headcount.
