Handle have partnered with this creative agency based in Brighton who are on the lookout for a new dedicated Head of HR. This role requires you to work 2 days in the office in Brighton, 3 days remote. They are a super creative digital agency of around 100, this is a key role within the business working as a close partner to the CEO. With the support of a Talent Manager and People Coordinator, the Head of HR will be part of the senior management team and is responsible for the full employee lifecycle in a varied strategic and operational remit.
The ideal candidate will come with a broad generalist foundation of experience as a given, but the key focus for this hire will be around innovation. They are keen to have a new fresh perspective on the people strategy in line with the ambitions they have for the agency. Although they have a great culture already, they know they have lots more they could be doing across areas such as reward, development, diversity right through to their employer brand.
It's a typical agency environment, really fast-paced and relationship-focused. You'll be someone who loves getting to know a business and working really closely with managers offering hands-on support and coaching.
You'll also come with experience working in a similar size business, ideally from a creative sector background or used to working with similar types of organisations with very flat structure, minimal hierarchy and lots of strong creative personalities!
