Exciting new Team Assistant position working for one of the leading Media Agencies! We're keen to hear from immediately available Team Assistants, who have a genuine passion for Media, or with recent creative industry experience.
The role is a temporary position and requires someone with excellent attention to detail, very strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general admin support to the team
- Managing diaries, organising internal/external meetings, organising events, booking travel, hotels and couriers
- Providing administration support with meeting arrangements
- Minute taking during meetings
- Create and maintain any filing and database systems
- Ordering office supplies
- Undertaking ad hoc administration tasks as required, such as expense reconciliation, raising purchase orders and assisting with documentation
Key Requirements:
- Available immediately
- Previous experience supporting a team
- Experience of complex diary management
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- An interest in Media
The role is due to start ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis. Therefore, we can only consider candidates who are available with no notice.
