As Team Assistant your role will include:
- Administration assistance to multiple individuals
- Global diary management and meeting coordination
- Booking and coordinating travel
- Inbox management and correspondence
- Liaising with suppliers and Third Parties
- Keeping up to date budget and HR records
It's great if you have:
- Worked as a Team Assistant previously
- Experience of a relevant industry
- Knowledge of G-Suite
- Availability to interview and start immediately
