An exciting opportunity for a temporary Office Manager to join a dynamic tech company. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you'll take the lead in managing their architecturally designed workspace, ensuring it remains a productive, engaging, and inspiring environment for both the team and partners.

This is a full-time office based role, working Monday to Friday in Central London.

  • Oversee office systems, procedures, and correspondence to ensure efficient daily operations, including filing, auditing, and query resolution.
  • Assist the Finance Team with invoice tracking, monthly reconciliations, expense monitoring, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate new hire processes, including IT setup, building access, and first-week support, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage inventory, liaise with suppliers, oversee service contracts, and promptly address maintenance issues with building management.
  • Maintain policies, conduct risk assessments, ensure fire safety, and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and service providers while managing calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Research and book travel, including flights, hotels, and transport, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budgets.
  • Oversee incoming post and packages, logging and distributing items while managing returns and tracking shipments.
  • Work with the Events Team to coordinate and administer company events.
  • Provide assistance to the Executive Assistant and wider team as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be available immediately - with no notice period
  • 4+ years managing an office environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management
  • Passionate about fostering a positive workplace.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Slack, SharePoint, and project management tools like Asana.
  • Calm under pressure, thrives in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional, articulate, and able to build strong relationships at all levels.
