Handle are excited to be working with a fantastic, leading events company who are looking for a bright Resourcer or Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. The role will be based 5 days a week in their North West London offices.
Joining a brilliant Head of Talent you'll provide much needed support across the entire candidate process from advert to offer and play an integral role in sourcing exceptional talent.
You will play a vital role in coordinating the recruitment process, managing data and analytics, scheduling interviews and being a brand ambassador throughout the process.
In addition, you'll have responsibility over certain roles and levels where, as you develop you'll have the opportunity to take on more of a lead.
Candidate experience must be at the heart of everything you do and you will need to be a great relationship builder with candidates and colleagues alike!
This is the perfect role for someone with exceptional recruitment administration, coordination skills and a keen eye for detail as you will look at data analytics within recruitment - having exceptional people skills and being a confident communicator is essential.
This is a very fast paced environment so previous recruitment experience is essential from either an in house or recruitment agency environment.
