Our client, a Luxury Beauty Company are seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team to provide a high level support with the organisation and running of the daily operations of the UK Office, while working closely with the Office Manager and Employee Experience Coordinator to provide excellent front of house service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the UK Office including general correspondence, emails, creating files, expenses, updating spreadsheets
- Coordinate travel requirements for staff as required
- Greet and host visitors
- Entering invoices onto the finance system
- Switchboard - directing calls to appropriate staff
- Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a professional standard and that all guests are catered for appropriately
Key Requirements:
- Previous front of house experience
- Experience working within skincare/beauty is desirable
- Fantastic time management
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
