A knowledgeable and adaptable Personal Assistant, with experience in diary management & travel booking with a passion for the world of Arts, is required to provide support to the Head of Client Liaison for a leading Art Studio. This role will be based in their lovely, London offices. This exciting role entails providing the Head of Client Liaison with full, seamless support as well as assisting with event coordination, client networking and proactively managing the Senior Executive's commitments and always staying one step ahead.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Coordinating a busy schedule, meetings and appointments and develop an understanding of priorities and commitments.
- Research options for ad-hoc projects as they arise.
- Establishing and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Proactively drafting and preparing presentations as briefed by the Senior Executive.
- Prepare travel itineraries and travel information packs.
The Executive Assistant's skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA to Leadership level.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information accordingly.
- Proficient in managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech savvy including MS Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Confident using own initiative to get work done.
- Must be able to be flexible with their time as some out of hours work is required.
