We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a dynamic and thriving organisation on a part-time basis, 2-3 days a week, based on-site in Central London. This is a temporary role, ideal for someone who is immediately available and has a background in managing office environments in fast-paced industries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Prioritising health and safety, establishing and maintaining health and safety policies, ensuring all staff are informed and trained, and overseeing first aid and fire warden requirements.
  • Keeping the office and meeting rooms well-organised and fully operational; identifying and addressing any facility issues as they arise.
  • Preparing meeting rooms for upcoming meetings, including adjustments to accommodate specific meeting requirements.
  • Coordinating with contractors for any necessary building maintenance or repairs.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for IT support, managing relationships with tech providers, and ensuring the office tech setup is efficient.
  • Maintaining office supplies to ensure stock levels are consistently managed.
  • Coordinating catering services as required for meetings and events.
  • Overseeing the post room.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support company events and initiatives.
  • Assisting with onboarding new starters and managing the offboarding process for departing staff.
  • Working closely with senior management to ensure all operational tasks are completed effectively.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar office management role, ideally within a creative or media-based organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • A positive attitude, showing initiative and a hands-on approach to tasks.
