We are seeking a skilled IT Support Assistant who is proactive and experienced ready to deliver high-quality support and service to users, both in-person and remotely. You'll play a critical role in providing seamless technical support, contributing to global technology projects, and ensuring tech environment runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary contact for the service desk, delivering prompt and professional support.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance service delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, and common computing platforms, adhering to SLA guidelines.
Support project work within Global Technology, including software installations, updates, and hardware deployment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have prior experience in helpdesk/desktop support within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe CC, and key operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
