Opportunity to join an innovative brand within Gaming as they look to expand their team with an additional PA/Office Coordinator.
You will be working from their vibrant, high energy West End offices 5 days a week to provide support across office and operations functions alongside being the go-to person for the company's Founders and Senior Leaders.
As a PA/Office Coordinator your role includes:
- Ensuring a creative, collaborative and productive office environment
- PA support to Founders/Management
- Diary management and travel
- Front of House: meet & greet of visitors, phones, deliveries
- Preparing and clear down of meeting rooms
- Maintaining stock levels for office, kitchen, and PPE supplies
- Processing expenses
- Research and assist with the delivery of annual company events, team socials and offsites
Your experience could include:
- Office coordination/administration or personal assistance within a creative company
- Customer service and communication skills
- Confident when using Google and Microsoft Suites
- A natural people-person, great at building relationships
- Resilient and flexible, with a highly positive attitude
- Great organisational with an ability to multitask and manage an ever changing list of priorities!
- A 'get stuck in' attitude!
- An interest in the gaming and/or creative industries is a must!
