A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an Office/Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist to join an independent and prestigious literary book publisher on a temporary basis, supporting a smooth running of a busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, messages, visitors, emails, and mail.
Provide meeting refreshments and maintain office supplies (books, archives, stationery).
Support editorial, sales, rights, and publicity with mailouts, permissions, direct sales, and ad hoc tasks.
Oversee building maintenance, health and safety, cleaning, office moves, and equipment contracts.
Organise annual social events.
Log editorial endorsements

Key Requirements:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
