A leading media organisation are looking for a Head of Reward to join for maternity cover, in their London based offices, as soon as possible either full time or on a part time basis (4 days).

  • You'll will be responsible for maintaining their current reward strategy through a period of change whilst continuing the implementation of new initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

  • Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead a team to develop competitive pay structures, benefits programmes, and performance-based incentives that align with the company objectives and values.

  • You will also oversee all aspects of compensation, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay reviews. Data is at the heart of the reward team's goals - you will be system and data savvy to be able to use data and insights to continuously improve reward programmes and policies.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing UK reward programmes within a media or creative environment. You will be an expert in your field, with strong stakeholder and team management skills as well as a data-driven approach.
