Handle are working with an iconic retail beauty brand to hire a new Global Head of Payroll to their growing team.
As Head of Payroll, you'll be responsible for processing and reporting on UK and European payroll, including Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland (with more countries due to launch in 2024).
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Leading a team of payroll colleagues to operate payroll accurately, on time and to the highest levels of data integrity and confidentiality.
Ensuring the processing of both outsourced and in-house payrolls.
Responsible for ensuring that policies and contractual frameworks are maintained and continue to meet UK and EMEA legislative requirements
Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
This role has potential to expand to a more holistic operations roles, so applicants with varied experience are welcome to apply as long as you have 5 years minimum experience within payroll processing.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar leadership role within a fast paced (ideally retail) environment and must have experience managing UK and EU payroll.
They have fabulous offices based in Central London, with a hybrid 2 days in the office policy.
