My client, a creative content agency, are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their fast paced team on a 3 month fixed term contract. Responsible for dealing with queries for numerous large corporate accounts, the successful candidate will have 3-4 years experience working on a large ledger and be a very effective communicator.
The Duties
- First point of contact for query resolution on several large accounts
- Resolving any queries in a timely fashion
- Escalating queries at the right time to senior team
- Monitoring accounts and reporting on account position
- Debt collection and payment allocation
The Candidate
- 3-4 years credit control experience
- Prior use of Netsuite
- Clear communication style and a natural at building relationships
- immediately available to start
