Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, events, and manage the team's calendar.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and mail. Draft and send PR materials.
- Organise and maintain files, prepare and distribute meeting documents.
- Track media coverage and compile reports.
- Maintain media contact lists, assist with pitching stories.
- Help create and edit PR content and ensure alignment with strategy.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, track metrics.
- Conduct research on industry trends and compile reports.
- Prepare reports on PR activities and campaign performance.
- Provide administrative support, assist with special projects.
- Assist in managing client relationships and communications.
