Exciting New Opportunity: Temporary Sales & Production Coordinator at a Global TV Company

Join a dynamic team on a temporary basis, reporting to the VP of Production & Development. The Sales & Production Coordinator supports the entire team with administrative duties, focusing on assisting the VP of Production & Development and the Senior Producer. This role acts as a liaison between the team and various internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Communications), as well as internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with owned and affiliated unscripted production companies, production teams, and channel executives to gather all necessary materials for effective format marketing.
  • Assist in creating format promos, including sourcing materials and attending voice-over recordings
  • Create presentations and pitch decks for the team
  • Manage content storage across several platforms
  • Ensure clients have all materials necessary to adapt formats in their markets
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget by accurately allocating costs
  • Update trackers and databases
  • Create marketing mailouts with an external designer and distribute them to clients
  • Help manage social media presence by gathering appropriate assets and creating posts
  • Maintain the website with the intern by uploading content, news, etc
  • Assist in managing formats
  • Support market presence by helping create materials, planning logistics, and attending events as local support and receptionist
  • Gather assets and submit entries for awards
  • Gather assets and liaise with agencies to produce new catalogues, brochures, etc

Key Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of production processes
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is beneficial
  • Creative writing skills is essential
