An exciting Global Record Label have an immediate need for a Metadata assistant on a 6-month temporary basis. You will support across various projects analysing and enriching data. An eagle eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box and problem solve should ensure success in this interesting and very pivotal role for the company.

Duties to include:

  • Assist in setting up, researching, and completing repertoire for new and catalogue releases (both physical and digital).

  • Develop expertise in metadata systems and workflow processes.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create a cohesive and transparent workflow.

  • Resolve metadata issues accurately, ensuring solutions align with business needs and deadlines.

  • Provide progress reports on raised issues and updates to global metadata standards.

  • Ensure accurate and complete product setup to secure revenue for audio and audio-visual content.

  • Maintain quality control of data ingested into the system.

Key Requirements:

  • A detailed understanding of metadata requirements and related issues.

  • Excellent coordination, communication, reporting and trouble-shooting skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and be highly flexible to juggle priorities and meet all deadlines.

  • Strong passion for and knowledge of music and audio-visual content.
