This is an opportunity for a warm individual with excellent organizational skills with previous administration, reception or customer service experience.
- Being the first point of contact for inquiries
- Answering all calls in a professional manner
- Inbox management and distributing general emails
- General admin duties where required
- Greeting clients and employees
- Diary management consisting of booking boardroom and meeting rooms
- Booking couriers and post
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individual
