x2 immediately available temp roles supporting as Team Managers for this powerhouse of online fashion!
The role supports team management and escalation of work, so needs someone with good people management and workload management skills.
Initially temp for 6 months.
Working in the office on a hybrid basis, 3 days in and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate the team of business administrators
Allocate tickets to the administrators
Tracking KPI's and SLA's, reporting on trends, ticket numbers and key issues
Collate data on question trends, giving feedback to the ops team
Present on the admin team KPI's and SLA's to stakeholders
Maintain a high level of understanding of projects and processes
New starter training and continued training of administrators

Experience in a similar team manager role
