We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support the marketing teams at this huge entertainment company.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of the department by managing the directors' time, travel, and various administrative tasks. We're looking for someone detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills, able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and Travel Management:

    • Manage the daily schedules of the directors, prioritising tasks and arranging meetings to ensure efficient use of their time.

    • Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, while adhering to company policies.

    • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the directors.

  • Meetings and Events:

    • Organise and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including venue booking, catering, and video conferencing setup.

    • Schedule team meetings, 1:1s, and annual planning sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.

    • Assist in the organisation of events, including evening entertainment and transportation.

  • Business Support:

    • Handle general administrative tasks such as post and courier services, office supplies, and room bookings.

    • Support directors and team members with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

    • Manage ticket and room requests for business-related travel and coordinate with external partners as necessary.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Super organised and proven ability working with SL team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.

  • Must have experience as an EA/PA/Team Assistant supporting directors in a global company

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a thriving industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and supporting senior leaders in achieving their goals.

4 days a week in the office, 1 day remote.

9 month duration with an immediate start.

If you don't have demonstrable PA, EA or Team Assistant experience then sadly we won't be able to consider you for this role.
