We're seeking organised and professional Receptionists to provide short-term cover throughout January and February 2025 for one of the most exciting talent agencies in the industry. If you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and love being the face of an organisation, this is your time to shine!

About the Role:

As the first point of contact, you'll ensure every client, guest, and team member feels welcome. From managing a busy switchboard to supporting key administrative tasks, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the agency running smoothly during the busy post-holiday period.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting high-profile clients, talent, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
Managing a switchboard and efficiently directing calls.
Coordinating deliveries and post with precision.
Keeping the reception area looking immaculate and organised.
Providing administrative support to assist the wider team.
Acting as a key contact in emergencies, utilising your First Aid qualification if required.

What We're Looking For:

Highly Desirable: First Aid and/or Fire Marshal qualification.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-of-house role, ideally in a creative or media-focused environment.
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive, flexible, and reliable attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to short-term assignments.
Confidence in maintaining professionalism while working in high-energy, fast-paced settings.
