Are you dynamic, personable, and efficient? We're looking for a Studio Manager & PA to join a vibrant, creative events studio for a 12-month maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of a growing team, ensuring the smooth operation of a busy studio and supporting the founder with various tasks. You'll play a key role in upholding and promoting the company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Founder: Manage the diary, coordinate meetings, and assist with both business and personal admin tasks.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Assist with social media tasks, such as following new clients and scheduling LinkedIn posts.
- Team Culture: Implement initiatives and activities that strengthen our team culture and reward policies.
- Coordinate team events, training days, and volunteer activities.
- Oversee company benefits and perks, developing new ideas to enhance the workplace experience.
- Manage monthly "Good Egg" awards and other recognition programs.
- Studio Operations: Keep our office organized and efficient, manage supplies, and oversee maintenance.
- Ensure the office is tidy and well-stocked.
- Manage office moves, refits, and repairs.
- Maintain and update the supplier database.
- Talent Management: Handle recruitment processes, onboarding, and support current staff with HR needs.
- Develop job descriptions, post adverts, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support leadership with team issues and development plans.
- Finance & Tech: Manage budgets, reconcile office costs, and ensure tech setups are ready for new starters.
- Handle payment and record keeping of invoices.
- Set up new laptops and email accounts for new hires.
- Manage tech purchases and maintain IT information.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Studio Manager or PA/EA role.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- An interest in sustainability and innovative thinking.
