One of my amazing clients is looking for an experience Senior Talent Agent to join their fast-growing digital & influencer team.

In this role you'll join a team of experienced talent agents and managers to secure amazing opportunities for exciting digital talent. Working across brand partnerships, social media & digital campaigns, and a range of commercial opportunities like events and podcasts and personal appearances.

What you'll do:

Manage a diverse portfolio of talent, contributing to a long-lasting career!
Source and develop new talent
Build long-term strategies to foster social media growth
Develop and negotiate brand partnerships and influencer campaigns
Leverage exisitng and new relationships with brands and agencies across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and more

What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience managing talent
Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to find and develop talent
A solid network of brand and agency
A deep understanding of social media and digital marketing
Happy to work in an fully office environment
