A social first content agency is hiring for a Conceptual Designer to join their London team, working on a busy account to help develop conceptual and highly crafted design solutions. Delivering dynamic content and high-quality designs, this role needs someone with amazing skills across typography, composition and messaging hierarchy.

The role

  • Create engaging and on-brand creative work from briefs, sticking to best practices.
  • Concept, design, and execute creative assets for digital and social media
  • Develop high-quality static, animated, and video content that enhances brand storytelling and drives engagement
  • Take projects from start to finish with little guidance, ensuring accuracy and cohesion
  • Follow the company's workflows and creative standards to maintain consistency and close collaboration with creative leads.
  • Use feedback to continuously improve the work and ensure synergy with the client brief.
  • Handle multiple projects across different brands, always delivering quality work at pace

The Candidate

  • 3+ years working in an agency or in-house with a commercial brand.
  • Strong conceptual designer with experience
  • Strong digital and social media experience, plus motion design skills for big brand ads.
  • Expert in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and the whole Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Great at finding the perfect stock images and retouching to create standout artwork.
  • Experienced in re-editing and formatting videos for different platforms.
  • An interest in staying ahead of tech and design trends.
