The Handle People Experience team are partnering with a global creative marketing agency, who are on the lookout for an experienced, visionary People leader to head up their HR function for the UK and EMEA business.
Leading on all things Poeple and Culture for the business of around 600 headcount, reporting the the CEO and heading up a team of around 12, this is a highly influential remit and an opportunity to elevate the function, and have impact in this already highly successful business. You will create people strategy that identifies them as a destination employer, ahead of the curve when it comes to all things People, fostering a highly inclusive work environment and attracting and retaining the top industry talent.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to step up into a CPO level role, where they have a seat at the table and leaders that are truly people focused. You'll have responsibility for a well established and highly regarding team of senior people partners and specialists who have a strong reputation across the organisation.
The remit covers London and a small EMEA population, and will work closely with Global colleagues on wider group initiatives. Some immediate priorities in the role will include looking at their EVP as they continue their journey to be an employee of choice, the ongoing challenge of hybrid working and engagement, as well as elevating how they use People data in particular around their DEI strategy.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring proven senior HR Leadership experience, ideally gained within creative industries
You'll be a thought leader in the HR space, ahead of the curve and passionate about progressive HR
You'll be an inspirational people leader, and be able to come in and engage and motivate the team with ease
A highly strategic mindset, you'll naturally align HR initiatives with business objectives in a way that lands
DEI is top of your agenda, you'll have demonstrable experience fostering an inclusive culture
The role will be London based, hybrid model
