Handle are excited to be partnering with this incredible global creative company who are looking for a Senior Reward and Payroll Manager to join their team. This is an exciting time to join the business and help them to manage and develop their payroll strategy and strengthen the rewards process.
This is a hands-on role providing Payroll and Reward support to the Director of People across the full employee lifecycle
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Coordination and monitoring of the entire internal payroll processing.
Manage and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure an accurate, compliant and timely processed payroll.
Provide financial and FTE-reporting to internal stakeholders.
Facilitate internal and external audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
Ensure competitiveness of reward and benefits
Drive consistency of reward and recognition, supporting the development and roll-out of programmes where necessary
Design and support delivery of the annual Pay Review and Bonus processes.
Responsible for ensuring that policies and contractual frameworks are maintained and continue to meet UK and EMEA legislative requirements
Responsible for on-going management of the payroll system and provider.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Payroll and Reward management role within a global business, have used ADP, have a broad knowledge of UK tax and will be experienced in designing and developing a reward strategy
You will be a confident team player with excellent communication skills and experience working in a busy HR team.
