You'll be managing a passionate and talented team of 2 reporting to a great Global HR Director, you'll have responsibility and autonomy of the international client group of c.250 employees.
In this business, the Lead HRBP role is focused on building relationships with line managers and working with them to look at their divisions/team including structures, changes, complex employee relations cases and working with their leadership teams to coach and develop.
