Are you an immediately available HR Manager/HRBP looking for your next contract role within a global entertainment business?
Handle are working on an exciting interim opportunity with a global entertainment business who are on the lookout for a Senior HR Manager to join them on a 7 month maternity cover contract.
Reporting in to the HRVP, you will work closely with all managers within the client group in the UK and overseeing the EMEA region providing support on all aspects of HR including recruitment, benefits, employee relations and talent management. This role will give you the opportunity to operate at all levels of a global business.
Skills:
- Extensive HR Generalist experience including ER, coaching, benefits, Performance management
- Management and development of a direct report
- Create and implement HR strategies.
- Have strong employment law knowledge.
- Have a passion for driving key HR initiatives forward
The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist HR Manager/HRBP ideally with experience working in a global business. You will have excellent communication skills and have strong stakeholder management experience.
