This is a true generalist role, centring on business partnering, building relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders at every level. You will be a strong HR Generalist, committed to helping managers with talent management processes, performance management, change management, and manager coaching whilst also maintaining the day-to-day employee life-cycle.
The ideal candidate will be personable with strong communication skills as relationship building is key to this role. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong business and HR acumen to confidently navigate the day-to-day HR tasks that arise. To be considered for this opportunity, you will be well versed in employment law. Previous experience within the retail or beauty industry is favourable to understand key challenges and drivers your managers will face. You will also need a CIPD qualification level 5 or higher. The culture here is collaborative, friendly and they operate with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
