Senior Event Producer - PR Beauty Agency

We are looking for Senior Event Producer to work for a PR beauty communications agency. They re-imagine brand's identity and finds its growth within the marketplace, via trends, insights & data.

They work across a multitude of projects across the UK, Global and US clients. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that creative brand experiences are produced efficiently, at the right cost and in-line with their standard of excellence.

Working closely with the Head of Event Production you will be a key partner in leading the delivery of a range of projects at different scales, including pitching, live events and providing line management and mentorship to junior production team members.

Salary: £60,000-£65,000

Location: Central London - hybrid 3 days in the office

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leading event project management from inception through to reconciliation and wrap up.

  • Creating, managing and reconciling budgets for Brand Experience.

  • Providing support and guidance to the UK Communication team on event production, budgeting and suppliers.

  • Be a Brand Experience ambassador on ground in the UK office, and feeding into the Head of Production to assist the smooth operating of the team.

  • Signing off & negotiating commercial terms with suppliers

  • Overseeing all aspects of event production (internal & external) including fabrication, graphics, AV, venue management, catering, health and safety, branding, merchandise and guest experience.

  • Taking briefs from clients and stakeholders & delivering to appropriate teams

  • Client liaison and relationship building

  • Managing junior production team members and freelancers as required.

  • Creating and managing project timelines, schedules and other project management documentation required per project.

  • Project resource planning

  • Quality control, risk management and problem solving

  • Supplier relationships

Desired Skills:

  • 5-7 years minimum event agency production experience as a lead producer. **This is essential**

  • Beauty event experience would be ideal, but not essential.

  • You would be responsible for helping manage the junior team members in both the UK and the US. It's very much a global role, with you being a strong project lead for event production in the UK.

  • Enthusiastic and interested in helping the grow the Brand Experience business, help them improve processes and ways or working and be a key senior member of the BX team.

  • You will need to have a strong voice and able to manage internal stakeholders and be an advocate for BX Production.

  • You will need to be excited by both live production and new business pitches as there is a lot of both in this role and you will be expected to lead pitching at times.

  • Showcase experience leading creative event projects from brief through to completion.

  • Showcase creative thinking working alongside Creative team to bring ideas to fruition.

  • Be abreast of industry trends and creative executions within the event and beauty industries to ensure concepts stand out creatively and are executed flawlessly

  • Diplomatically manage client expectations and creative concepts to ensure delivery is feasible within budgets and timeframes

  • Showcase comprehensive understanding of the strategic and creative process and be able to recommend appropriate skillsets for client briefs

  • Brief external suppliers (3D design, Fabrication, AV, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Glam, Operations, Agents etc) in collaboration with creative teams.

  • Work with the Strategy, Creative and Account Management teams to ensure activations meet client objectives and KPIs

  • Contribute to the smooth running of department operations via the management and development of in-house resource and freelance support

  • Work with departments to ensure opportunities are identified, qualified and monetised where possible.

  • Manage health and safety responsibilities to ensure risks are adequately addressed and work with Group General Counsel to ensure relevant insurance protocols are in place

  • Contribute to internal and special projects as required
