An excellent opportunity for a detail focused Senior Campaign Executive to join an exciting Media company working with their award winning inhouse agency. The Senior Campaign Executive is responsible for maintaining all aspects of account/campaign management while providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and to the client.

The role is client-facing and also holds responsibility for delivering supporting materials required for the sale and delivery of sophisticated multi-platform advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor all relevant campaigns in the order management system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and capabilities to create effective campaign solutions for advertisers.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external entities to ensure the proper maintenance of advertisers' schedules.
  • Support and strengthen agency relationships by monitoring requests and ensuring commercial assets are booked according to guidelines.
  • Schedule commercials, coordinate client brand allocations, reconcile account discrepancies, send flowcharts/reports, and issue change notices to clients.
  • Ensure deals are effectively stewarded through careful monitoring of delivery.
  • Provide recap packages to clients as needed and available.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with Commercial Operations to ensure a timely and precise order process.
  • Collaborate with Sales Planners, Account Managers, Marketing, and Production to ensure all marketing elements are properly booked and executed.
  • Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and adjustments with the Finance team.

Key Requirements:

  • Campaign management experience
  • Experience using Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Freewheel or relevant SSP/DSP Platforms
  • Experience working with a fast paced, international sales team
  • Background in media sales and planning, primarily on digital platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

This role is a 12 month contract, based in Central London.
