Our client, a global TV/Film company, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis, covering an expected period of 4 to 5 months. The role involves supporting the international sales team with administrative tasks throughout the pre and post sales process assisting in the identification and selection of titles for the sales team to promote.
Key Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative Support to the Account Management team by overseeing day-to-day operations related to sales activities and partner relationships
- Oversee Revenue Optimisation Efforts by managing and coordinating activities such as title sell-ins, discounted pricing promotions, and ensuring compliance with content licensing agreements, while regularly adjusting priorities in line with partner needs.
- Manage Pitch Material Creation by leading the development and distribution of monthly sales presentations
- Assist in Promotional Planning by analysing trends and market events to identify catalogue promotion opportunities and align titles for optimal release.
- Conduct Campaign Analysis by preparing post sale reports on new release campaigns, catalogue promotions, and monthly stunts, providing detailed performance insights.
- Coordinate and distribute a weekly all-media competitive tracking schedule
Key Requirements:
- Available immediately
- 2 year experience in content sales is beneficial
- Highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and display strong organisation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
