They're seeking a Senior Digital Media Manager who would be responsible for working in the Theatre department and sit between both theatre and digital departments. They want someone who bring excellent digital campaign experience who can also be responsible for management, reporting and planning of campaigns.
Responsibilities and skills:
- Analysing all performance metrics and help improve campaigns to optimise performance.
- Recognising trends in data to help improve optimisation strategies.
- Bringing forward new ideas to develop social media advertising strategies.
- Managing campaign calendar.
- Taking a lead responsibility for paid digital media campaigns for a variety of key clients in theatre.
- Implementation of digital display activity and paid social media advertising.
- Ensuring all client KPIs and campaign objective are met.
- Providing clients and the company with excellent campaign management.
- Attending client meetings and attend conferences.
The right candidate will have:
- Experience in the Paid Digital Media space with specific capabilities in setting up infrastructure to support such activities.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Facebook ads.
- A can-do attitude with hands on experience.
- Excellent communicational skills.
- A creative and innovative mindset.
- Experience in Digital Media and a passion for setting up infrastructures.
- Significant experience in digital media and digital marketing within an agency or working with a client within entertainment or the arts.
