We are looking for immediately available and enthusiastic Merchandise Assistants to work on a temporary basis for one of our Global Media partners, at a West End Production. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional service that will exceed the Guest's expectations by enhancing their visit, ensuring that it is unique and memorable and giving them the opportunity to take the magic home with them. This temporary position will involve evening shifts and late finishes.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Proactive role in maintaining production brand standards.
- Work proactively and positively towards individual and team goals, including sales targets, promotion goals and group incentives.
- Able to prioritise and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Delivering first calls customer service to all guests and customers.
- Respond to Guests needs in an open, friendly, positive, proactive, and timely manner.
- Maintain neat and organised operations both at kiosks and back of house so that products and brands are represented.
- Maintain and participate in producing company visual standards to present an outstanding theatrical environment.
- Assist with stock deliveries and replenishment to necessary standards.
Candidate Profile
- Retail/Service experience preferred but not essential.
- Passion for interacting and assisting with customers.
- Motivated and proactive.
- Happy to work in a team environment.
- Able to handle tasks accurately under deadlines.
- Organised, methodical, and meticulous.
- Strong communicator.
